Instructions
- Stir together rice krispies, chunky peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted margarine in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the crispy peanut butter mixture into small 1 inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet covered with wax paper.
- Place baking sheet into the refrigerator for 1 hour or until peanut balls harden.
- While the mixture chills, melt together the chocolate bar, chocolate chips, and paraffin until a smooth liquid forms.
- Drop balls one at a time into the melted chocolate and make sure to cover them completely.
- Then, using a fork remove the ball from the chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the balls back on the waxed paper and let stand in the refrigerator until completely hardened.
- Remove from the wax paper and serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Roughly makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies depending on size.
