Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 lb. Melted Margarine
  • 1 10 oz. Chocolate Bar
  • 1 6 Oz. pkg. Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 bar Paraffin

Instructions

  1. Stir together rice krispies, chunky peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted margarine in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the crispy peanut butter mixture into small 1 inch balls, placing them on a baking sheet covered with wax paper.
  3. Place baking sheet into the refrigerator for 1 hour or until peanut balls harden.
  4. While the mixture chills, melt together the chocolate bar, chocolate chips, and paraffin until a smooth liquid forms.
  5. Drop balls one at a time into the melted chocolate and make sure to cover them completely.
  6. Then, using a fork remove the ball from the chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Place the balls back on the waxed paper and let stand in the refrigerator until completely hardened.
  8. Remove from the wax paper and serve chilled or at room temperature.
  9. Roughly makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies depending on size.
