- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, eggs, salad oil, and buttermilk.
- Gradually pour flour mix into buttermilk mix until all ingredients are well blended.
- Mixture should be thick, not creamy.
- Stir in both dark and white raisins until well combined, then place dough in a greased and floured baking pan.
