Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe II Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg. Lemon Instant Pudding Mix (4 serving-size)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 cup Crisco Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan, 10" or fluted for 45 to 55 minutes, until center springs back when touched lightly.
  4. Cool in pan for about 25 minutes then invert onto serving plate.
  5. GLAZE: Blend 1 cup powdered sugar with either 2 tablespoons milk or lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
  6. Garnish with zest on top of glaze and cake.
